Sue’s previous executive capacity roles in Supply Chain & Logistics included CFO, CCO, GM Operations in the largest freight and intermodal terminals in Australia. She also provided Board and business advisory to some of the largest private owned companies in the industry, leading strategy and transformation to achieve sustainable business growth.
Sue joined Supply Chain & Logistics Association of Australia (SCLAA) as Treasurer in 2019, was chosen as Vice Chair/Interim Chair in 2020 and officially assumed the Chair role in 2021. With the support of the Board, restructure, rebranding and a refocus on strategic objectives resulted in exponential growth, strategic alliances, many additional member benefits, Association awareness and industry reach in a very challenging market.
Sue is also the Managing Director of Chain Consulting Services, a boutique firm providing organizations with Business and Board advisory, a specialist in business turnaround, high level of expertise in M&A advisory, contract negotiations, sustainable growth strategies, risk mitigation and Corporate Governance.
Sue also serves on various Industry, Government and University Advisory Boards/Committees.
